What is Testimoniacs
Testimoniacs brings your business’s social proof together in one place. You collect text and video testimonials and NPS responses with a link, import the testimonials you already have, approve everything in an Inbox, understand what customers say with the help of AI and showcase the best ones on your website.
Nothing is published without your approval, unless you turn on Approve testimonials in a form’s settings.
The path of a testimonial
Collect
Create a form and send the link to your customers, or ask for testimonials by email with a campaign. You can also import testimonials from spreadsheets and other tools.
Manage
Everything arrives in the Inbox. There you approve, highlight and organize with tags. Whoever sent it becomes a contact in People, with their response history.
Understand
Insights show the volume of responses, the NPS and the topics customers mention most.
Showcase
Publish approved testimonials on a Wall (a page of its own), in a Widget inside your website or in a case study generated with AI.

Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. The Free plan costs nothing and doesn’t ask for a card. The limits of each plan are in Plans and limits.
What languages does Testimoniacs work in?
Brazilian Portuguese, English and Spanish: the interface, the public forms and the system emails.
Can I use testimonials I already have in another tool?
Yes. In Import, you bring in testimonials from spreadsheets and exports from other tools, and they arrive in the Inbox like the rest.
