Testimoniacs has three plans. Free doesn’t require a card. The paid plans are billed monthly, in US dollars.

NPS responses, page views, embeds and video plays have no plan limit.
How limits count
- Per account: limits add up all the spaces you own. Segments are the exception: they count per space.
- Owner’s plan: in a shared space, the limits of the space Owner’s plan apply, not yours.
- Totals: testimonials, forms, Walls, Widgets and spaces don’t reset. You free up room by deleting something or upgrading.
- Monthly quotas: campaign emails and the AI quotas reset on the 1st of each month, at 00:00 UTC, not on your billing date.
- Videos: every video counts, including the ones from a form’s extra questions.
Frequently asked questions
I upgraded in the middle of the month. Do the monthly quotas reset?
No. The new limit applies right away, and what you have already used this month still counts.
Where do I see how much I’ve used?
Each feature shows its quota on its own screen: when creating a space, in Widgets, in Insights, in Campaigns, in imports and in the Brand Kit.
Do my team members need to subscribe?
No. In your spaces, they use your plan’s limits.
